They are so bricky but that moment you do cross-archetype synergies like trigger The Golden Swordsoul by banishing Mercourier or summon Cartesia/Kitt off an Albaz Piece sent by Springans Merrymaker it's soooo good. Branded in High Spirits is like my favorite card.

I feel like they trying to turn it into world legacy which can actually work properly due to connectors that has world legacy on its name. But they still lacking in many aspect especially with branded since they limit you to only fusion for the rest of the turn.

Cracking Dragon is another "Tax Dragon" that's not actually a dragon(reminder that Maquerade is a Fiend). This one damages based on attack lowered by its effect(a drop of level x 200) and resulted in some goofy memes because of a Duel Links skill that revolves around summoning the thing called "In the name of the Hanoi".

Bro, I've been trying to mix the Albaz lore deck for almost a year. Swordsoul and Tri-Brigade turn it into a brickfest, how the hell did anyone get Iris on the field, AND summon Albaz!? You can hardly resolve one of those consistently! They're channeling the heart of the cards with that deck.
