I've been here! I'm usually not one to be fazed by the paranormal (I grew up in an 1805 tavern in MA where things moved around on their own every once in a while) but the Ohio State Reformatory was something else entirely. So much hurt and regret and sadness in one place. I remember sitting silently in one of the dark solitary cells when I felt something heavy pressing down on the back of my neck, bending my spine over, while words filled my head so loudly I could barely think. It was just "I'm sorry" over and over, so loudly that I found myself whispering it in spite of myself. I would've doubted my sanity if I hadn't checked with my companions later and found out that they'd all experienced the exact same thing.
