Nick K I mean, while his methods and endgame are not justified, his reasoning is. I honestly don't think he's edgy at all. Edgy just means cool for the sake of being cool, but Aatrox doesn't seem like that kinda guy (*cough* zed). He's not all "kill everything rawr XD" for the sake of it. He's seriously tormented, unlike a lot of other edgy champions (*cough* talon), and wants a solution that he sees as the ultimate freedom from everything.

I think that the ascended skin for aatrox is Canon and yeah when he got inprisioned on the sword he started to get bodies to try to resemble his ascended form (I think, I'm a main AA but I may be wrong in something XD)
