When you're binging, all the flashbacks are a bit annoying, it's still fresh in your head. But they did at least put in new information with these so they're not a complete waste. Reverie is an interesting little arc. There's more to it than it seems at first.

Why doesn’t anyone use arrow keys to fast forward rather than put the cursor at where they think the flashbacks will stop?

Coz if you use arrow keys, there is a good chance to get spoiled and going past the flashback scene. Instead using cursor and the small window that pops up as a small screen, one can fluidly scroll across. We also know where the flashback ends based on the scene. So to avoid accidental spoiling, people often use cursor.

@ oh I see, then I wish streaming sites could allow you to press a button to increase the playback speed like how KZbin allows you to increase the playback speed to x2 by pressing the space bar button while the video is playing. Then people can fast forward without accidentally seeing spoilers. The only problem is that this would take longer as you would still be viewing the content at x2 speed, when you could just use the cursor to see it quickly, like you said.

I've come to dislike the flashbacks during this less over time. It would have been over 3 years since the stuff with Sabo's return was covered, much longer for everything else. Giving people a refresher for decade old information actually isn't that unreasonable and luckily you can just skip it. So while it's stupid that the arc literally covers half a chapter an episode I think the time could have been used worse. Plus, it is more than made up for with everything that is about to happen.
