Hey Andy! If you haven't already, I would recommend tarnished archeologist. His videos are my favorite to watch. He frames the videos with historical background in art and architecture of the real world. I think his videos are my favorite to watch and his theories are mind blowing

I'm thinking they just said that its the size of Limgrave just to end that question. I have a feeling its waaaay more massive and that will be a part of the surprise and secrets. Alternatively I can also imagine it being the same area size in terms of length and width, but then super stacked with depth, like multiple levels of underground and maybe even things higher in the sky...idk. Gonna be fun regardless

My wild guess is that in SotE, we have a kinda similar situation between Messmer and Miquella, with Radagon and Marika. Also hopefully we get to find an area similar to the Vyke poster scene from the first game.

I think the size of the dlc is being undersold. We were told that Elden Ring would take players about 30 hours to beat before it launched. I also think the dlc access point being as late game as it is borderlines on a mistake on FromSoft’s part. 54% of players have beaten Radahn and 34% have beaten Mohg. So about 18% of players could access the dlc today.

I think people are really underestimating how big limegrave is that area is huge and the dlc is supposed to be an even denser version of that. So yeah, them saying its there biggest dlc yet would be accurate.

You can completely bypass the entire blood swamp area if you talk to Varre, he'll give you an item to do so. Just do his quest line at the rose church in Liurnia.

It will be really interesting to see after all the speculation and theories between now and then how much of it actually ends up being true. That being said I know my attention span is awful and I will forget about 99% well in advance and will not be able to make any sort of comparison.

On theory ive heard as to why miquellas are is huge when hes supposed to be a child might be because his soul left his body which in turn caused his physical body to age and grow to the size and age hes supposed to be, similar to how godwyns body grew and mutated when his soul was killed

He's said that before, I don't believe him lol. Also even if he stops making souls likes, he is still likely to continue making games since he still loves the process. If he does retire, there are still a lot of talented people at Fromsoft that are up to the task (AC6 was directed by Yamamura and it turned out great).
