That bit with Jaghatai going berserk is actually even more intense, because as it goes on, the Orks actually lose their nerve when presented with the one-sided slaughter and start trying to run away, screaming in terror as they go, and Jaghatai just keeps going and going, slowly but surely tearing through the hordes as they flee into... I want to say it was an arcology? The Orks' screaming is so horrible and drags on for so long that even the Space Marines are unnerved by it, and they can't tune it out because of their hearing and the fact that Jaghatai's comms are still open, blaring the sounds of the Orks screaming into the vox feed, and none of them can find the nerve to switch their comms off.

@@Pragabond Yeah, to my knowledge there are only 2 times when the Orks just said 'This isn't fun anymore.' and completely lost their desire to fight. One is Jaghatai's aforementioned rampage, although that was simply the Orks being engaged on the planet at the time. The other is where the Ork race as a whole in a rare display of complete solidarity agreed to a non-aggression pact with the old Human Federation during the Golden Age of Technology because humanity was just so advanced that Orks by and large gave up on fighting them; obviously some rebellious Orks would go against the pact, because Orks, but it still says a lot that the Orks got brought to a negotiating table at all, let alone agreed to humanity's terms.

As the biggest Soul Drinker fan I have to point this out because no one else would. The first ever mention of a Soul Drinker was actually in the book of Astronomican where SoulDrinkers were a unique formation in White Scars that excelled in close combat and had different shoulder badges and honour banners.

Personally I liked it when the Khan on Prospero called out Mortarion on his bullshit regarding Psykers. He was like „you hate psykers, yet you allied yourself with them. Who else is gonna stand with you against the witches? Curze? What an ally. Angron? Good luck.“ He’s just so brutally honest…

You can always just give them jet bikes that count as "low flying" (regular bikes) when fighting rule snobs. My warboss is on a jet bike that has the flying rule with friend games and is "low flying" with anyone else.

Khan is a title for leader. So being that most names characters lead a company or the chapter as a whole! They tend to have the last name khan, signifying their title as leader.

The White Scars are top 3 loyalists legions for me. Blood Angels are #1 and Dark Angels are fighting for the second spot with the Scars. Chapters it's different but Legion wise these are my 3.

White scars were my first space marine army, back in third edition. I got the battle box with the space marine and dark eldar and was immediately like "oooh! Space Mongols!" And that was that. Totally influenced why I went to speed freaks once I built my main ork army. Still have a special place in my heart for them
