I was so in love with this song as a child in the 90s. They played it on the radio right alongside N’Sync and Destiny’s Child🤣. I would wait all day for it to come on. Now that I’m older i understand why

@@DancingCoder Just watched your reaction with short delay - nice. In case of Loreena I always listened to album versions of song as it, but she has great lives (just preferred album ones for more clarity/details). I found her after I interested in celtic/irish folk music after old Robin Hood tv series show with clannad music and then I searched for others such bands/singers :) ). Anyway it is rather niche music which I like, it is so nice and relaxing to listen. And I generally like less mainstream music (but of course also like some mainstream too if they are really good). Have a nice day.

Loreena was my favorite singer in the world for over 15 years. She is still my #2 (Diana is my new #1). She is amazing and has almost 40 years of fabulous music! This song is taken from her concert at the Alhambra. Every single song from this concert is 10/10! Her backing musicians are world class, and so is she! I have over four playlists of Loreena. I love her!

I’m so glad you’re reacting to her! “ Santiago “ is great as is all of her work . I’d love for her , Lisa Gerrard and Dimash to collaborate. Both do middle eastern and Asian -Celtic blends . It would be epic ! I discovered her in the early 90’s. She is amazing . The album “ The Mask and the Mirror “, “ The Visit “ and the rest of her albums incorporate so much . I want to dance in the woods to “ The Old ways “
