They do pay on screen sometimes. But I'm guessing in small towns where you visit a shop regularly, they may consider a tab system in which you pay once in a while instead of many small payments each visit.

I feel like both Lorelai Gilmore girls switched bodies, which is why the mother acts like she is the daughter, and the daughter bosses her around as if she is the parent. Just like in both versions of the film "Freaky Friday."

Agreed. And Rory herself became way less mature and way more selfish as she became older. She was more responsible and sensible at the age of 16 than she was at the age of 32.

@@lauriecarson6483 lol calling people ‘haters’, talking about being over-sensitive. Oh and BTW a lot of reviews of the Revival episodes generally praised them especially the scenes involving Emily and Paris, but said that the worst part was Rory’s character regression, and her acting like a spoilt, overly entitled, serial cheater. It seems to be a very common opinion.

What I do not like about both Gilmore girls is that they drink coffee three times a day without realizing that they could not only get jittery when they drink too much coffee but the fact that they would not be able to go to sleep at night.

Some people don’t react that strongly to coffee. Only strong reaction I get to it for example is just it’s a bit dehydrating. Human bodies are varied and weird 🤷🏽♀️
