Sir i have a problem in this My problem is that why did you find the x'2 and x'1 coordinates why didn't you find x1 and x2 by lorentz transformation equation ?? When i am finding x 1 and x2 by lorentz transformation i am getting different result !!

You started with L=Lo and re-wrote these lengths in other terms but then ended up with L=Lo. What did you derive? If you end up with the same expression you started with it's not a derivation. Adding in the Lorentz factor along the way does not make it a derivation either. Why not just add in an apple or lug nut instead of the Lorentz factor. Length contraction is not real.

According to definition Proper length l not = observer at rest and object also. fault❗❗In this video, l not = x2` - x1` which is not proper length, as the s` frame is in motion.how it can be measured properly..

What do you mean by rest? The rod and s' both are moving with same velocity so there is no relative motion between them means the rod is at rest with respect the s' frame(moving frame) .. So L not from s' frame is proper length
