One of the many reasons why I love and respect Lori so much is that despite everyone’s opinions about her and all of the rumors she continues to let the people say or think what they want about her, she’s not on here wasting her time trying to prove herself or her character to a bunch of strangers on the internet. There’s just a lot of mystery and a lot of guessing to this woman and I love that. Also I’m loving this whole topic on dating and the different perspectives, I’m sure a lot of us where young and dumb when we first started dating and now as we get older we start to figure out who we are and what we want in a relationship , I know for some that might take a little bit longer but that’s better than just jumping into relationship/marriage without getting to know yourself first or not navigating what you like or don’t like.

19:39 is a _strong_ word, but ladies... Don't let the undeserving ones convince you that every man you come across is entitled to that kind of energy simply because he's a male and all women must submit. 🙄 A real one is going to elicit the softer side of you through his effort & mutual respect; it'll feel effortless. Forcing yourself to play small to protect a man's ego will leave you miserable.

Yesss! You said a whole word. It definitely will feel effortlessly. You will know and words won’t be able to describe how he makes you feel but it will be authentic.

This is a lesson actually for both sides. Men & Women shouldn't date women/men way way younger than them that are still navigating their own paths. Michael B. Jordan is at least 10 years older than Lori - that's a LOT...it's okay that a 25 yr old is not gonna want to settle down in a marriage and have kids at that age. It's different now... she's choosing to grow from within and explore LIFE. And that's what one should be doing at that age... Good for her!

Is it good for her though? Is it good for her that at 25 she’s more focused on her career then she is a black family? She’s focused on “having fun” more than she is becoming a great marriage partner and wife. She’s been ran through. She has miles at 25. She was future’s girl for goodness sake. When has she stood for something substantial other than her looks and her body? It’s all vain. What she stands for is vanity. Is this the girl we should encourage our young black girls to be in our community? Is that what we need? Or do we need respectable women who would rather build a family and community and pour into others and not just herself? 25 is old enough to know better. She grown. And as I’m a 26 year old, I believe we uphold the wrong values… especially our black men and women these days.

Listen!!! Being from Detroit, I also struggled with releasing my masculine side and falling more into my femininity. I used to hate the masculine, but now I appreciate it. Because, like she said, it's a gift to be able to tap into both sides! This was suchhhh a good conversation! Lori seems EXACTLY like who we think she is "a boss bitch!" lol. "I'm date how I want and when it's no longer serving me... I move on!" A WORD, MOOD & LIFESTYLE!!

Ya'll can just go ahead and give Pietrina a damn show! She's amazing and GORGEOUS!!!! Sheesh. Also, let's not play with Lori, okay - sis was engaged at a very young age. She also had a mother who was helping her prepare to become a wife. She's VERY mature. Don't let the age fool you. She's a very self-aware, soft, feminine, strategic, classy lady. Women in their 30's and 40's can learn from her. She's a masterclass on femininity, wealth and dating.
