I think it's just Pippi, and it's like 'Oi, Pippi', as in getting someone's attention. The illustration on the box shows she's Pippi with a speak bubble saying Oi before her name.

Not for nothing but "Pippi" is pronounced Pip not pee. So it would be Pip, like rip. So Pippi not PeePee. At least here in the states thats how we would pronounce it
