@@agnostinosatomon7023 Late reply by me although I know this cut since years. I also know the original movie you mention. I just wanted to add that this is the view of the so called and self proclaiming "elites" have on humanity and this is sinsister and evil. It may appear as a work of art, but it creates a very special perspective on us at the same time, which doesn't reflect the whole truth but only a tiny and isolated cutout of it, which seduces or leads to a deception. I can't tell if the creators intended this or not (probably they wanted just create an artpeace in their understanding). I don't speculate on this, but think it's worth to mention it though.

@@HAIForest18 Pretty sure it's from either Samsara or Baraka. Both those docs are just long often time-lapsed video of....everything on earth. Humanity, nature, animals, technology....everything. My own puny little life feels meaningless as fuck after watching this. I mean...jesus christ. In all...this video probably only shows 10,000 people _at most_, from one random city, from a time before I was even born. So, just a tiny drop in the bucket compared to the ENTIRE world population...or the entirety of every human who has ever lived. Imagine watching this very video...over and over and over...for 100 years. Even that would barely equate to the entirety of the world's population. And here I am...one single solitary random human being. Utterly trivial...a speck of nothing in an infinite universe. And yet...this doesn't depress me in the slightest; it actually makes me feel like I'm part of something insanely epic and unfathomably meaningful. It's still a mind fuck for sure though...

@scoretron7464 Жыл бұрын
@@ARINOXMUSICIt is - definately, although this kind of cut, cam angle and time lapse effect gives a false impression of life. It can be a good starting point to reflect our existance, but this is the way elite type people are seeing us, it's not a true type of view, but a very special angle. So one shouldn't stick with this, because it's not a healthy way to see mankind. It's taken from the experimental movie "koyaanisqatsi" btw.. Existance is obscure in another way, there are many strange, bad, mad, irrational, and evil, super natural things happening, but also very good things, which are oftenly underappreciated. This type of view can't give all of these facettes their correct place, but is overemphasizing certain aspects. But I admit, of course these pics are working well together with d'n'b, while other genres would work too though.

We're all tied to cultural norms and the expectations society and our families put on us. We all want to be free, but we cant break away from what our family wants, the need for money, what society puts on us. If we leave it all and break those ties, we become alone, but were then free. This is what you see as a conscious being. A lot of people with their own plans in mind, however yet all belong to one plan. In the end, their plans do not matter, because they all are doing, what they are planned to do. And you can see this never-ending trail of consumption, everywhere, neverending. Never. Ending. Humanity has become too much to handle.
