@Gisbert Gans that’s the album cover for Lorna Shore’s album Flesh Coffin, which is the album this song is on. The S thing in the middle is the band’s logo, then it’s in a coffin of course because of the name of the album, and I’m guessing the moon looking thing at the bottom is there because there’s a song called FVNERAL MOON on the album
