Saw Lorna live twice. Once with tom, once with CJ. With CJ they were one of the heaviest bands I’ve ever seen live maybe the heaviest ever. Hope he can come back.

CJ is more powerful. I just feel he plays the part better in general. He has a darker side to him, he looks more intimidating, etc. When it comes to music like this he just fits the bill better all around in my opinion. Will is a fantastic vocalist, I just think CJ is better.

Man I’m starting to miss CJ. I get that he did some fucked up shit in the past but he didn’t pull a Tim Lambesis and try to have someone killed. We forgave him for that. He rejoined the band and everything was fine after that. I bet something similar will happen with CJ eventually.

andrew cable I know Lorna Shore isn’t going to take him back. Even though CJ put a bit of a dent in his reputation as a person, it doesn’t take away from the fact that he’s a killer vocals and there a lot of bands that would give everything for the sound that CJ is capable of delivering on vocals.

To me that shows he has little to no motivation to defend himself or make the situation better. Also the band received info that couldn’t be released to the public which was the main nail in the coffin for him.

Foreal this band was the essence of blackened deathcore. I can’t imagine I’m going to like them as much no matter who they get as a permanent vocalist. It would be cool to see Dickie Allen or the Devin to Embers dude but I’m not gonna hold my breath

Anyone notice? More bands are not using a bass player. I think it's going on that direction. They don't need one if they other guitar player tunes down, and plus he is more versatile to play rhythm where a bass player is stuck in bass mode. The Faceless have been doing that for years.

This is what I meant by my comment. There are several bands lately that replace their bass player when playing live with a rhythm guitar player who may tune his bottom end strings down so he can play bass lines but can also play rhythm lines. That guy is more versatile to the band. He isn't locked into bass only. The Faceless haven't used a bass player since 2015 or 2016 after Evan Brewer left. I have seen them 6 times without a bass player but with a rhythm guitar player and never even missed the bass. The other guy covered that when he had to.

I never knew this band until this live show. And I was blown away. They performed darkest spawn first and it was probably their best song performed that day. And I'll always regret missing recording it. It was the heaviest shit I've ever experienced live.

The band said that CJ had a bad attitude, but I think Lorna shore’s own members are not all that good. Tom Barber himself said that he left because the band treated him horribly, particularly Adam and Austin.
