Starring in the new show 'Scarborough' alongside fellow Coronation Street star Catherine Tyldesley, Stephanie Cole says it's very unlikely that she would ever return to the show. She's been involved in many different roles in recent years, such as Gentleman Jack, Still Open All Hours and Man Down, but says there's still a lot of work to be done for the lack of roles available to people of a certain age.

Steophanie Cole a treasure, especially in Housewife 49. amongst many others, Tenko etc. But I do wish intervierwers would stop speaking over their guests.

I'm (fortunately/unfortunately) old enough to remember Stephanie from Tenko in the 70s? I've seen her in many shows since then till now. I've recently gone back a decade to watch "Man Down" I do like Greg Davies, the show is bizarre, but Stephanie's part is beyond funny. I'm so glad she agreed to this.
