The rental prices at beginning sum it. You'd have to make 50 or 60 grand NET to pay those prices. They aren't building housing for the poor or lower class in any big city, especially LA or SF. They do however include a token few 'affordable' units in any big project but they are minimum $1200 to $1500 for a studio and you still have to have a 40 or 50 k a year job to pay the affordable rate.

I'd walk down the street and hear "what you want? What you need? I got it right here". Most of them will take your money and threaten to beat you up if you tried to get it back.

@victorkendera39585 жыл бұрын
The whole reason cities like this are in the situations they are in is because people like you think throwing money at problems fixes them. Most of these people are drug addicts and should be in jail/rehabilitation so they can sober up. Even then many will go right back to drugs because they like the lifestyle. Most of this could have been avoided if they allowed law enforcement to do their job, didn’t over tax, and didn’t over regulate which caused the housing crisis in the first place. Larger government usually creates more problems than they solve.That’s why we’re pushing space travel to the private sector, because government is expensive, inefficient, and slow. Nothing is perfect, but forcing action through government policies should always be a last resort.
