Lemme tell you something in the nba coaching is very overated players make the coaches in the nba . You think Phil jackson would have rings if he aint have Jordan pippin kobe n Shaq. Would Steve kerr be who he is without steph curry klay n kd . Would popvich be who he's without Timmy David Robinson manu Tony n kawhi . Erik spolestra only won rings when he had lebron . My point is talent on the floor is what wins in the nba coaching matters very little so yes jj can b the coach n end doing a great job esp bc role players make the best coaches

Bro magic would DEFINITELY pay DLo 20 to 25 million .. DLo doesn't need to be the man or even 3rd option in Orlando . We just need a ball handler/shooter a PG. Magic got Paolo, franz and Suggs to score. His 14 pts in the post season would of definitely got us past Cleveland and the magic would of been a way tougher team to beat for Boston . Magics defense force alot of fast breaks and DLo is a monster in transition hes a good match

DLO is a good offensive player but he's terrible on defense & other backcourts, especially in the west, they torch DLO & Reaves...they both give up to many points and cause more fouls on the bigs....

Coaching is overated in the nba i always say once you have the talent on the floor thats all that matters . If lebron anthony davis n donovan mitchell or brandon ingram with a klay Thompson. You think it matters who the coach is no .coaching in the nba is overated. Look at the Celtics ime udoka took them to the finals . N after he got fired Joe muzzulla also took em to the finals just 2 yrs later is it coaching or did the talent on the floor finally break thru think about it .

Lakers really insists in getting anither star player believing they will get a championship trophy. Do you think Boston Celtics is full of superstars? it's only Tatum, and with jalen brown, jrue holiday, kristaps porzingis, derrick white and others players' support, that's it! that's ut that made them whole! Its team effort! And not full of superstars in a team. Look at Minnesota Timberwolves team. Do we see superstars or say superstar player in that team. None. But they have team effort to be able to be in the playoffs. I honestly say that Lakers only needs is big men. Like what coach Dan Hurley says: get from the free agency that are cheaper and can give big contribution to the team, the likes of Valanciunas, JaVale McGee and one from the draft picks. Imagine 3 big men with 7-footer height, that's so huge advantage for the team.

The Magic is not interested dlo. They might sign him for a league minimum but not at 18m. If I were the Lakers I would do everything I can to trade him. if I can't, I would send him home. I would not play him at all this next season. Addition by subtraction.
