Highlight breakdown centered on Lebron's defensive performance: 0:10 Lebron has no man, but didn't even TRY to help D on Brown 0:33 In transition, Lebron's man is Brown but he gave little effort while AD as usual makes up for Lebron's mistake doing the close-out for him. 0:45 Lebron on the weakside should help/double while AD splits the spotters but Lebron just STANDS there. #2 is one pass away and he should NOT leave Brown open. 1:10 Lebron on the weakside should help/double but just STANDS there. #28 is one pass away and can't help, while AD from the elbow should split spotters. 1:22 Lebron's man in transition is Brown but he leaves him open in the corner, probably to stat-pad a rebound. 2:57 #28, #1, #11, #2 sprints and hustles back on D, Lebron JOGS. 3:08 Lebron not watching his man in the corner, instead focuses on stat-padding a rebound and ended up looking like a fool. 3:39 After leaving his man, Brown, open in the corner, Lebron gets a stat-padded rebound. (I call stat-pad because he left his assignment to focus on rebound stats) 4:05 Lebron leaves his man (Jrue) open to try and stat-pad a rebound 4:49 Lebron attempts a double-team but instead chooses to stand on the dunker spot, probably to stat-pad a rebound. 5:21 #2 gets beat, #12 boxes out his man, Lebron SHOULD have helped while AD rotates to the corner and #5 rotates to AD's man, but Lebron flails his arm to let everyone know how disappointed he is. 5:30 Lebron left his assignment, stood on the dunker spot within reach to help contest Porzingus or stat-pad a rebound, but instead lets everyone know how he doesn't have enough help. 6:04 Lebron correctly rotates to Jrue on the baseline but then leaves Jrue open in the corner and then stands on the dunk spot guarding nobody, and proceeds to complain and yell "COME ON". 7:37 All Celtic players are set on offense, while Lebron is seen still JOGGING back on D, leaving the Lakers on a 4v5 . 7:55 Lebron stands on the dunker spot leaving Jrue open in the corner, yet still didn't help to contest White even after he pump-fakes, just standing there. 8:05 Lebron stands on the dunker spot, probably to stat-pad a rebound, not knowing where his man is, and ends up looking lost, spinning around like a fool. 8:50 Lebron executes his ULTIMATE move and QUITS, and heads back to the bench. If you're gonna come at me that he's old and it's his 21st season, then he should retire, and not rely on his team to carry him on the defensive side, while having his LeMedia brainwash everyone about how trash the rest of the Laker players are. Lakers just need 2 guys that can consistently make 3s. Also, they need to stop beginning games with low intensity. COME ON COACH use a time out when you see them sleep walking in the opening minutes to snap them out of that crap!. You just set and watch them until they're down by 12 or 20 point and then you call a timeout. SMH

What an entertaining match.....Celtics were entertaining the Lakers. AD will always be a shadow playing along with Leflop. If he is smart enough like Dwight Howard, leave while you can.
@kubaszymkowiak10 ай бұрын
Smart like Dwight in leaving LeBron's side? Dwight literally won his only title as a role player on LeBron's team and AD was a premium sidekick on that same team. For about two years, it's been evident that LeBron is willing to take the backseat to AD, to hand him the keys but that's just not happening as AD is too inconsistent and oftentimes passive. LeBron haters are so dumb.

Boston Celtics is a Super Team. Each of the starting 5 scored more points than the second highest scorer on Lakers team. Also, All but One Celtics starter had a block making it 7 blocks to 1 Lakers surprised me with their comeback in the second quarter after that double digit deficit in the first.
@euwonder617010 ай бұрын
Celtics have ball movement, unpredictable fluid offense, no one wants to statpad. Celtics missed lots of shots in the 2nd quater, Tatum/Porzingus keep bricking shots in the 2nd quarter. AD lead the little run and take advantage Celtics cold 2nd quarter.

I am wondering... given the skill set and the smoothness of D Russell game. Why he doesn't take more offensive responsibility? Better yet, D.Lo should be placed in a position to be a scoring threat and not just a roll player with a limited assignment. I mean, he can be more productive and efficient if he gets the green light to do so. To me he is playing restricted . Meanwhile I am thinking his the One Piece that can take L.A. further....
@markfish111310 ай бұрын
D russell is useless, he bricks against good defense. The first piece which should be traded for someone like Derozan.
@st18103610 ай бұрын
@@markfish1113 Derozan is not much better than Russell. He's a slightly better finisher, but he wouldn't be able to take as many shots as he does now, with Lebron & Ad needing 20-30 shots per night. Also he doesn't shoot 3s much. Also they would need another PG in the starting lineup.
@markfish111310 ай бұрын
@@st181036 still better than Dlo scoring single points against contenders after taking 10 shots, i believe they had retain Dlo as a trade piece but didnt want him this season. He will be traded by all-star break. Poor performance is the reason he is seeing the bench more. 1 game dosent mean much, observe him for 10 games, he is cold on most nights. Ar15 is much more consistent than Dlo but Lakers need someone more elite who can finish and take shots.
@cesarg.guzman718310 ай бұрын
Agree that DeRozan is a more solid offensive tool considering what he brings to the table. But at the same time bringing DeRozan means less asists, less 3 pointers, less floor spreading and more shot clock consumption. L.A needs a wise playmaker with sufficient offensive capability... And Dlo has the capacity to do so... But as a said before; He needs to be more offensively responsible. Is up to him... If he doesn't commit and becomes more a liability than a resource Then trades and changes should be made no doubt. But As a Laker Fan... Given the options and probabilities who's a better fix and how? (Trying to figure things out)
@markfish111310 ай бұрын
@@cesarg.guzman7183 Im convinced Dlo isn't a good fit for his salary, even Rondo was better. Dlo assists very very low, average 15 pts and like 5 assist per game in regular season and lower in playoffs. There is a lack of pick and roll and lob slam to AD in this current Lakers. For Lakers to win he need to score like 25-30 points or make 10+ assist, otherwise either LBJ/AD need to have a monster game which is not feasible always. Currently Reeves perform better with 20+ points. Against contenders its always this case. They keep failing to capitalize in offense despite AD play good defense, need to assist more or score.
