@iamgabriel5823 if they do I'm sure they will make it so it takes years to get one. What I see happening is the government claiming imminent domain on the properties so they can take it from the people so they can sell it to BlackRock/Vanguard.

Where are the insurance companies??????? I hear these 🐍 snake insurance companies are trying to weasel out of paying these fire claims in a big tragic time like this. If these snake insurance companies don't pay these claims, I'm not gonna pay my student loans back. Presidents file bankruptcy, everybody files bankruptcy, banks get bailouts, and insurance companies don't have to pay claims. I'm NOT going to be the only person in this country taking care of my responsibilities.
