I'm in the middle of finishing cooking some Indian jalfrizi curry. Cooking the rice to go with it right now. I bought 3 jars of the Pataks Jalfrizi curry sauce. Added chicken, cauliflower, broccoli, and carrots mix and 11/2 cups of frozen peas. 1 cup of chicken broth. Salt/pepper to taste. I simmered the chicken pcs til they were done. Drained off all but 1 cup of the broth. Added the veggies and sauce with the chicken broth. Stirred it all together. Salt and pepper last. Simmer it over low heat stirring occasionally. It's very good. You can get the spicy kind with some heat. Try this Irene. It's very good.
