@goodstuff81562 жыл бұрын
All meth is good old or new
@blackbeast9268 Жыл бұрын
Bro the precursor does not matter as long as you separate the enantiomers. You can use D-tartaric acid to septate the S enantiomer of methamphetamine from a P2P cook. Walt actually talks about "how can our product be enantiomerically pure " in the episode box cutter. Old meth is not better. Dextro Meth is. The right handed isomer. Walter knows this and seperates the D-meth. It's more dopaminergic and more CNS activity and less adrenaline. Adrenaline is bad and uncomfortable and causes comedown. So yeah precursor doesn't matter, enantiomers do.

Thought I recorded the wrong program when this episode first started. My favorite BB intro scene ever. The familiar phony corporate babble transitions to the evil deeds behind the facade. The production line, the nuts and bolts of the operation, efficient with a rhythm as smooth as clockwork. A story told with pictures, not a word of dialog or explanation necessary. Now we understand. Awesome - gives me chills every time!

Visual storytelling at it’s finest. Gus isn’t even present in the shots but his meticulous and efficient nature seeps into each piece of distribution, essentially turning the lab into an extension of Gus himself. You also get a visual aid to understand just how massive the absurd amount of meth he’s moving is. Truckloads headed out every day across the southwest.

In the little village where it was born, life moved at a slower pace. Yet felt all the richer for it. There, my two uncles were known far and wide for their delicious cooking. They season their zesty chicken, using only the freshest herbs and spices. People call them Los Pollos Hermanos: The chicken brothers. Today we carry on their tradition in a manner that would make my uncles proud. The finest ingredients are brought together with love and care, then slow cooked to perfection. Yes, the old ways are still best at Los Pollos Hermanos. But don't take my word for it. One taste, and you'll know.

0:55 i believe them making Walt's action of closing the boxes of the lid off beat when in comparison to everything else staying relatively on beat (even the dolly's squeaking wheels are on-beat) is intended to represent his discordance with Gus' operation and while everything else is working like clockwork Walter is eventually going to bring it all down. truly genius direction bravo vince

This was such a catharsis in the show. Previously we've seen Walt convince Jesse to cook with him again and that in the high tech lab of gus. But walt spends the previous few episodes just dicking around the hospital because hank was attacked and you're just waiting for things to finally move on as visualized by jesse getting bored waiting in the lab as well. To open the episode like this is just so satisfying, Walt and Jesse working together again, with a professional supplier and the best equipment they could possibly have
