Рифа ( Ти-боун Мендез ) - банда не идущая на конфликт, но являющая большим поставщиком дури по всему Сан-Андресу, так-же сами изготавливают дурь и делают на этом деньги. 8. Триада ( Вузи ) - китайская банда - занимающаяся стритрейсингом, гонками - имеющее свой бизнес на попалам с Сиджеем, это казино " Четыре дракона " .

So after Romans weeding Niko got a called from IAA agent Jackov too bring him too the west coast and use him along with Agent Jackov’s local associates too stop the Russian threat out in Bone county. After the mission Agent Jackov introduced Niko too Barbra and sadly our story ends with Niko getting locked up by the undercover cop and sent too San Fierro’s Alcatraz. The lore writes itself lol
