The 2 people that were caught at the movie theater WERE the bank robbers. When you got on scene at 597 dispatch said 2-3 white males in a purple truck (which was found ditched) dropped off the bank teller WEARING ALL PURPLE. Meaning if they both left purple sweaters. They were both wearing all purple. Releasing them under the confusion of officers an ignorance of the 2 players was a bad decision. You need to remember key factors about things that happened way earlier instead of just in the moment... you should’ve put 2 an 2 together that dispatch said the robbers had all purple on an they dropped purple sweaters that would’ve completed their outfits.... (COULD JUST BE MY OPINION, BUT THEY WERE PRIME SUBJECTS AN WERE LET GO WHEN THEY MATCHED THE DESCRIPTION)

believe it’s a chp siren? i feel like i’m wrong but that’s my guess. and i don’t know what you mean by your second question but polecat is a supervisor so he gets called out to most calls rather than a deputy who wouldn’t get called out to too many calls.
