Losar comes only once a year still some ppl prefer to wear western attire. Look at the ppl those wearing Tibetan traditional attire looks so elegant and graceful.

This particular video is at the tibetan community center in Madison, Wisconsin during tibetan new years night. But there is a dance happening every Wednesday evening but not many people comes as in this video.

This dance that I am now watching is so quite different from some that i have seen. The video that i watched sounded more Chinese and the dancers look very Chinese, so are they the same people?

This video is all tibetans dancing a tibetan dance here in Madison Wisconsin. I m not sure what video you have seen before so I can't comment on that. Thanks for Watching this video..
