Can I use Paneer instead of Soya chunks? Don’t like Soya Chunks and not easily available. If I have to use non dairy protein can also use any of the pulses, like sprouts, Channa or similar.

Mam your video is good. It will definitely show result if you follow the diet but problem is that after loosing weight if you go for normal diet all weight will come back. It's my personal experience. So if you want to maintain the weight of your body , you have to develop your body muscle mass by doing weight training and exercise.

But we shouldn't boil fennel seeds,, all the nutrition will be lost.. Just put the seeds in the boil water n let it sit for like5-10 min..n them drink this water ...

Ma'am I'm university student.... My university time is 9-5 and I go to my university at 8 am and come back at 6pm.... And mere university mei lgaataar classes chlti hai and kyi baar toh break hi nhi milta agr milta bhi hai toh koi fix time nhi hota hai.... And class ke beech mei hmei khana allowed nhi hai.... We are not even allowed to eat toffee toh yeh khana kaise khayenge?? Toh mera proper khana toh 6bje ke baad jb ghr aate hai tb se start hota hai .... Toh aise mei mai kya kru.... Issi vjh se mai apna exercise+meditation bhi raat mei krti hoo kyuki subh mujje time hi nhi milta

Sure...but ajwain helps you digest your food and jeera is very good for weight loss....but you can skip it
