Can I use Paneer instead of Soya chunks? Don’t like Soya Chunks and not easily available. If I have to use non dairy protein can also use any of the pulses, like sprouts, Channa or similar.

Mam your video is good. It will definitely show result if you follow the diet but problem is that after loosing weight if you go for normal diet all weight will come back. It's my personal experience. So if you want to maintain the weight of your body , you have to develop your body muscle mass by doing weight training and exercise.

Trust me i lose 20kg yeh diet plain se and if u want to try definatly try this bcz this actuly work i lose 20kg i was 96 and now im 75 kg i also do intermidiate fasting wth this diet i do 18:6 ration intermidiate fasting 8pm to next 12 pm u have to do intermediate fasting i skip morning bf just drink 0 calry drink nd brk fast 12 east soya sabji with roti n curd nd 7 night eat my dinr which is soya ctlet nd muje lunch k bad khuch v khne ki jrurt ni padti bcz soya sbji pet ful kardeti hain bas uske 1 ghnte baad u just drink 1 glass of water n u will full and dinr 7pm 3 soya ctlet i eat with green tea n again 8pm to next 12pm fasting its is actuly work thnku so much maam😘😘😘

Thanks for sharing such useful information. I have hyperthyrodism, cholostro and also osteoporosis. Is it adviseable to have soya chunks? In another channel it was told that those who have thyroid shud not eat soya chunks. Pl advice
