Awesome animatic!! :D When I saw how small the view count was, I was a bit surprised. It’s a shame that our fandom has become quite the endangered species in terms of popularity which might explain as to why this video is sitting at such low views. This is going to sound crazy, but bare with me please. I got diagnosed with depression at the end of july this year. I've been taking antidepressants and going to the doctors a lot, but they don't seem to help much, and I've spent a lot of time the last few months at home not doing much of anything. About as useful as a houseplant. I am an artist, and the doctor recommended I "draw my feelings" to help me do *something* with my time. But, again, this just seemed to make me feel sadder because all of my drawings were just as depressing as I felt. I have adored Eddsworld since I was a little girl, and your videos bring me so much joy. This video made me remember that. It genuinely inspired me to draw something I actually enjoy, and I am so thankful for that. Thank you for giving me the metaphorical kick up the butt to actually let myself me happy again. And thank you for reading my very long comment. ❤ I'm a loser, baby.

@@shadowbrine114Actually it doesn't sound crazy at all I'm so sorry to hear what you going through.. I struggle with mental health myself and I know how hard it can get. Remember that you are such a strong person and even in moments when you don't feel phisically capable to do anything it's allright. People aren't meant to be useful. We're meant to be people. And being sad and angry and just tired of it all it's very human thing to be. You don't have to think about yourself in that categories. Just take your time Just.. be kind and gentle to yourself, please. I know that hearing diagnosis must be hard but that's actually a good thing and first step to get better. It's great that you are medicated, I know that side effects of antidepressants can be hard but it gets better and It's so import to take them. It's not fair that you have to struggle with drepression I wish none have to go through that but in all that It's so import that you could get help. Please be patient, it will get better I promise And I get how frustrating it is when one thing (like drawing) that made you happy is not helping how it used to. I'm so happy that my work could give you at least a bit of motivation and brighten your mood. Eddsworld also have been with me when I was in pretty dark places and it helped me a lot I'm so happy it also brings you joy. It's amazing how small thing like that can make people's life better. I personally adore those little things like tasty food or good show that I can yapp about on the internet to no end ❤️ Personally for me music also can work like magic it makes my mood better in a flash, I recommend song Comethru by Jeremy Zucker, It's so chill and alwayes helps me relax when I get overstimulated. I think these things are so important and little pleasures like those just makes my days happy and I think.. maybe that's what It's all about, to just let yourself feel joy ❤️ I'm greatful you decided to share, and even if I'm a total stranger from the internet I really wish you all the best! You're strong, unique person, never forget that 💚 I'm also a loser, baby. After all, aren't we all? And I think It's beautyful 😄

This animatic is incredible! Can i ask how you do the sliding effect? Like the tweening where the characters kinda glide around? It looks really cool

I use key frames and set them where I want the movement to start and where to end (sometimes i tween body parts on separate layers if I want it to be more complex) I like setting key frames that it starts with very fast movement and then slows down (it looks a little like sliding) To do that I set 2 key frames with big position difference between them (and leave only one frame between those key frames to perform this action so the move is very sudden, I also work on 10 fps) When I have this rapid start I set next key frame far away from the last one (as far as long I want the action to be performed for exaple 10 frames away from last key frame so slow glide lasts 10 frames) and set the movement difference between them to very little so the change would be very gentle. I don't know if that makes sense to you I'm not good in explaining 😅
