Bison: - specials that he can recover from and block if they don’t land - specials that he can change direction at the last moment - absorbs projectiles - phase through attacks - specials that set up even bigger attacks - parry attacks - etc - etc - etc Guile: - a flash kick that is easily punished if he misses - and sonic boom - I would say air grapple, but pros hardly ever jump.

All I'm underscoring here is that comebacks aren't inherently more impressive than the damage done to necessitate them; if anything, said damage wins that argument by virtue of occurring first. What ultimately has the potential of converting into a comeback could just as easily, with an additional 10% damage, have been a quick wash.
