Finaly someone who know's how to treath the cars and have fun! Instead of driving in circles on tarmac like most ppl do :) Thinking of getting one of these aswell, currently have 5 bajas with different full mods in em, rarly go home without having a few things broken, would like some new option parts for this car tho, but will be my next car as i have to many of them other bajas already ;) Great job! ;)

Blew a head gasket on the stock 2-bolt motor. Switched to the OBR motor because it's a 4-bolt and holds up better. No broken parts or failures on this truck. Tough basher.

I have the 30.5 Reed and the 30.5 Prostock and my Prostock outruns and out powers the reed. Good video, nice spot

lol I showed my girl a slayer and she's said " awh babys lookin at toy cars" then I said "it got a motor on it" she said "oh they go like 60mph" then I said " some of them can go like 80" she said oh that's cool" then I said " its about $420" then she said " fuck that, do you know how much stuff you can get with that?" But oh well, its my money.. I was seriously considering getting the slayer but I keep reading the 3.3 is not that reliable (most people need a new engine after a few gallons)... I just started thinking about getting a nitro truck the other day, so I don't know nothing about them How long does the 5 t engine last?

I should of said I don't know much about rc cars/trucks. I know the traxxas slayer runs on nitro, the 5 t runs on gas... just wondering how much long a gas engine last..

akshooter762 if you want real power go with brushless. Nitro cool but that's about is far as it goes. And pretty soon nitro won't even be around as there so obsolete.
