I feel like the max5 is tried and tested for heavy rc's. I know the XLX2 can be put in heavy vehicles, but heavy for speed run cars. It seems like More amps doesnt always mean more weight.

Okay thanks man I appreciate that ,I just converted my losi 2.0 to brushless 8s, already ive ordered a 400amp esc and a 14s motor for it to run it on 12s, I have some powerhobby scorpions belted but they rub the body so I was looking for something that I could run on there.
