lasernut is a beast,I love mine,even with all the problems ive had its still my favourite rc,ive been through alot of dogbones/cvd's ,the hex depth in the wheels is not deep enough so they stripped,also bearing in rear diff shredded and tore up diff casing, even after all that,i flipping love my lasernut 👌😀👍👍👍

I checked all my diffs before I really ran it much. The front diff was the only one that was lacking fluid.

I grabbed a lasernut a couple years ago and quality control was horrible. I loved the truck but it came apart all the time. At a race recently i grabbed a new one and after taking it apart and going threw everything, it seemed to be a little better then my first one. I locked up the rear and center diffs with earplugs , put a turnagy motor in it with a reef servo and the thing is solid. The vitavon rear differential housing helps with 4s a lot.

Servo was pretty much mandatory as with most RTR but now that I've had some time with it and have a Mojave 4S this thing reels pretty slow! I may put a faster motor in it this year, try and keep up with the Mojave so it doesn't sit on the shelf 😅

Once you turn on the car your supposed to sit it on flat ground and not touch it for 5 seconds. It allows the gyro in the receiver to calibrate itself. Kinda annoying, but it is what it is

This car doesn't have a gyro receiver anymore, the stock one went out after the beach footage I made, the track footage is a non-avc receiver

Anyone run into this issue?: each time I run the lasernut, I’m forced to rebind the receiver/transmitter. Different battery, full pack, doesn’t matter. Any thoughts??
