Losi LMT 4WD Solid Axle Monster Truck with Proline Powerstroke shock upgrade

Hi Everyone 👋
In this video we take the Losi LMT 4wd Solid Axle Monster Truck out to the skatepark. It's a cool looking truck with a lot of power! To make this rig more durable and stable we have added the beefed up dual spring Proline Powerstroke shocks with shock travel limiting straps. At the end of the session I did bend the chassis which I was able to hammer back straight and broke a few plastic chassis braces which I was able to super glue back together. So all in all its pretty durable. More monster truck content coming 🙌

Great fun Great truck! Great shocks. look very strong. maybe the front bumper made the bend worse?

Thanks a lot buddy. Yes the shocks are awesome and yes the front bumper made it worse 😀 but I was able to straighten the chassis with my hammer 🔨 . It's a modular chassis so it only bent the front plates, rest was all good. I am going to get a separate body for bashing and then take it out again to the skate park 😁

The proline shocks don't fit the Losi double pivot balls. the ones that come with the proline wheels don't fit either. what did you use instead or did you just put the shocks directly on the screw?

Are your shocks stiff?? I have the lighter weight springs on it and it still has no sag at all. I'm nervous

Just checked. Yes they are quite stiff. Nothing to be nervous about! if they break its time for an upgrade then 😉🤣

lol fair enough if you like it, just seams a bit awkward to drive on. Maybe i'm just spoiled for choice, got 6-7 within about 30 mins drive of me :)

@Granite City RC sorry I forgot texting sarcasm is not ideal. I agree with you man this skatepark is an RC killer! Unfortunately, most Amsterdam skatepark have this design 😕 so I don't have much of a choice atm but I am also looking for a better spot.
