Losi Mini 8ight 90+

Losi Mini 8ight speed runs. Is this the fastest open wheel mini 8ight?
My target is 100+ with a stock looking buggy.
This buggy uses off the shelf parts. There is nothing interesting or special about it. The details that are most important to the build center around component selection and build.
If anyone else is interested in building a mini 8ight that can be bashed and ran flat out without running into heat issues, lmk. This combo allows it.

King Nica E Revo spur gear mod (smallest one in the bag), Mamba max pro esc (default settings that came with it), Leopard 4700kv boat motor (Ill get the exact width and size and put it in description), 48 pitch 1/8 pinion (had to grind the motor shaft down from 4mm to 1/8 to fit pinion), a 4s 1800mah drone battery 75c to 95c and Zach racing foams (pretty much any foam tire will work but the Zachs are a tad taller and wider which makes the car very reactive and controllable. Ill provide more specifics un the description. The diff cases are aluminum to add weight (weight helps keep this car down) and shimmed the steering for precise control. I still drive this car and it has not had a break. I run it on 3s to bash.

The most I got my Traxxas E Revo 1/16 th scale mini e Revo up to on two 3S Traxxas 25C lipos 1400 mAh each with a parallel connector added on top of them running 2800 mAh total on 3S with stock talon wheels and without the body lid shell on top I did 59.1 mph. But once again that was on a really good day. It normally won't do 58-59 mph and usually it's been sitting at 53-55 mph. I may be losing motor performance due to wear and tear but just months to a year ago I was averaging 56-57 mph. Once again only able to put up early to mid 50's or alittle more on 3S due to the parallel connector adding extra mph on top of what it originally supposed to do lol. It's a small 8 turn vxl velinion 380 sized can that's 4000 KV. I have 2 of these vxl velininion mini e Revo truggies and they are a blast !!!!!!. Stock talon wheels hold up and work great on these little truggies man !!!!. These speeds are only achievable with 48 pitch 31 pinion and a 45 spur gear setup once again with the vxl 1/16 scale motor and vxl-3m mini esc setup. Originally out the box on a single 3S and stock 28/50 gears I was averaging 46-47 mph but then got lucky using an additional 3S in parallel and shot up to 49.7 mph and 50-51 moh after. Now I bought a steel 48 pitch mini 39 tooth spur off Amazon and i am thinking of doing either 31/39 or 32/39 possibly even 33/39 if a 32-33 pinion would fit. That's an easy 63-68 mph on 3S using two 3S lipos in parallel lol. Let me know what you think and if I may need foam wheels or a better rubber compound then the stock talon e revo wheels.

What brand is that 4700v motor? And size 65mm lenght?

The motor is 4700Kv. Spur is a 45 tooth and the pinion is a 30 tooth.

You can drain the pack. You need good batteries though.

I use black grease in them and change the fluid every 20 or so packs. I also shim them so they dont bind.
