It's amazing how close the suspension is by design a Gen7 Cup car. Those right rear upper toe links have scored more DNFs than Danica Patrick.

It is great that NASCAR is now in the RC . Will we now see F1 ,Indy, NASCAR Trucks down the road?

F1 has been for awhile now. A long while. But they're EXPENSIVE to get into. My local track has between 3 and 7 cars in attendence. NASCAR Trucks technically also, but just on 1/10 scale car platforms, which tracks, since the trucks are just a body shell. A guy that is regularly a rocketship drives an F150 stock car shell on his Fazer MK2. I run a 2020 Mercedes AMG GT3 (which is IMSA basically) on the same Fazer MK2 platform. The Exotec F1 chassis is $400. JUST the roller. NO motor, ESC, or anything else. JUST. the roller chassis. But they're made mostly of Carbon Fiber, so they're actually reasonably durable if you don't drive it like it's got fenders on it.

I don't think these will take off the way 1RC has where there's 3+ clubs and tracks per city, but I definitely see these taking off at Quaker Steak race nights and hobby shops with an open parking lot

For us these will be a major class. Just like the Redcat STK is. They can be raced in a cleaned out 2-car garage if they need.

Revised center injection mold as the arrma Grom platform. The steering assembly is a little sloppy with tolerance stackup in the design, but it’s a durable and balanced layout.

When I was racing oval with nitro cars I put 2degrees camber on front and rear with 2 degrees toe on the rear wheels on my hpi rs4 with a oscvr 15 I was hard to catch 😁👍

need to put soda on the track or they will never ever work right. cheapest driver mod ever . oval carpet, concrete or tar oval r/c racing has been around since the beginning . awd touring cars have been used and nothing comes close to what a pan car can do in oval racing . get a crc 1/12 pan car for $250 they are 2 x faster and 100x easier to set up and fix .

I’m pretty sure you can just take the front driveshafts out and you are golden but in all reality your just going to spin so much if it was rwd so I’m happy they give you that option of it being both.

​@gfyracing7632 WE raced 'pan cars' (rear wheel drive, t-plate, 1 shock suspension) 40+ years ago on concrete oval & never spun out. (BUT we ran nimh 4 cell 1200's, dead shorted the packs after every race, $300 chassis', & $40/each capped tires. 4 decades ago🤷‍♂️)
