Another fact for the future is: If your finding a mate, try to howl, if they howl back, they’re most likely from my memory, energetic I think it was? Or maybe it was that they will help with establishing territory / keeping the territory up but that’s only when you have your pups, they will leave the den and go and help with the territory, not any other time.
