Added rule if a Golden Pipe appears in a chop you haft to buy it if you have the money no buying anything else only the Golden Pipe (or Boo Bell if it's present same rule on it but choice between the two if both are present, The Fweet Whistle is Out of Bounds, if you get it, you cannot use it ever, unless it's to screw someone else into getting the star)
