Ronnie was in prison for a couple years due to probation violation. He was on drugs before prison. Wrote Falling in Reverse's first album while in solitary, got out and started crushing it. The black stuff the women puts into his mouth represents the drugs and toxicity media and public aim at public figures/rockstars etc.
