For some reason, when you harvest the honey nodes with an anky, you get a crazy amount of honey. The more melee the anky has, the more honey he harvests. Dinos act as a natural refrigerator, so tame a desmodus and put the honey from the ankly into the desmoduses inventory. Your tame WON'T eat the honey, so go out at night in ghillie and load up the desmodus with honey from the anky and tame an andrewsarchus. Have the desmodus follow you when you hop on the wild andrewsarchus, then when you get kicked off the andrewsarchus, hop onto the desmodus and use the invisibility and the andrewsarchus will de aggro. Hope this helps!

Nah, I disagree, and here is why. The average height of human males on planet Earth is 69inches or 5’ 7.5” (171.45 cm). I’d estimate the survivor to be in the range of 5 (152cm) to 6ft (182cm) tall. Longsword blades are typically 33 to 43 in (83.3 to 109.2cm), and the handle is usually 6 to 11in (15.2 to 28cm) long. With the given factors the maximum length would be 54 inches (137.1 cm). The hilt and grip style is not consistent with longsword standards; those being two-handed grip with a cruciform hilt. This looks like a 5 to 6’ long Ulfberht sword. Ulfberht swords are shorter and wider than longswords with a single-handed grip, large pommel, and less prominent hilt. It does look similar to an absolute ridiculously oversized Roman gladius. So, in summary, this sword isn’t within standard scale, size, or style to any one existing historical sword, and is too long to wield in a single hand. It would probably be heavier than a German zweihänder which is, by name, a two-handed sword.

I’ve tamed a few of these guys and from my experience, you need to clear the area of everything especially other andrewsarchus because they’ll agro to you if you run by them. Clear out the icthys and dilos because they normally will attack you while you ride them, and if they hit you the taming bar will go back to 0. Clear out other herbivores and passive creature because if they are close to you and your andrewsarchus they will try and eat the honey when you throw it down and the andrewsarchus will get pissed at you. You have to crouch when you walk up to the andrewsarchus to throw the honey and while it is eating you have about 6 seconds to mount it. When you jump off of it to reset the rage meter, you can run from it and it won’t agro or get mad , so don’t worry about being stealthy or quite when getting away from it. You also have a very long time in between the points that you need to give it honey, so when you jumped off the first andrewsarchus and needed water you had enough time to go to the shore and get some. I tamed my first one the day the map came out, so I don’t know if this works anymore, but if the andrewsarchus agros towards you and/or kills you nothing happens to the taming bar and you can continue taming it when you get back to it. However, if it gets hit the taming bar will immediately go down to 0. Like I said though, I don’t know if this part is correct anymore because these could’ve been bugs or things that weren’t meant to be in the game.

The Andrew spawn all throughout that highland area all the way up towards helms deep, they also spawn in the plains on asgard. They are probably easier to tame their. Despite the triple, double, or quadruple alpha raptor packs, r direwolves, argies, and scorpions nothing really should pose too many issues as everything is easy to spot in the flat bright lands of asgard. Just like the bloodstalker let it grab the moschops once the taming effectiveness is 100 let it grab you, however it will start dropping once it grabs you so when you reach taming progress 95 let it grab the moschops one more time and get grab again. And like that you’ll get a 100 tame with good levels! One of the best place to find them is in the waterfall cave, once you enter you’ll see them hanging upside down near the cave entrance.

Every time they bump into something during the mini game they get increased rage and stop gaining taming progress, and if they get stuck and can't get unstuck, like when it got caught on the trees a few mins before that, it stops increasing taming completely :3

@@krysd535 best thing seems to be a rock golem for taming them. It's efficiency is based on the weight of the creature harvesting. It won't give you 100% but if you use a sanguine elixer from the desmodus it can be.
