When you bring it home, put a ratchet strap around the front axle and chassis to compress the suspension. That way it won't bounce up and hit the light inside the trailer on the way home.

A couple of those princess auto straps between the axles and frame will lower it down plenty far to clear the trailer for the trip back to your shop

Glue in the roof. cut the old one off about 1 1/2" above the seam dust off the paint and use pannel bond. Presto chango all in and NEW.

Hey Rich, that was a good method and explanation for doing a floor patch. For the ceiling light in the trailer you could let some air out of the tires. Only need an inch. Good channel.

Rich, squat the front and rear suspension down with a couple of load straps from the front and rear diff to the frame, that will buy you at least an inch or two added clearance to get into the trailer.

I can relate to your comment about $500 bronco's in '98. I had a $200 1983 bronco in the early 2000s and beat the snot out of it. Man I wish I still had that one.

A small work cart for each build. On the cart have some magnet containers for bolts, screws etc. I got a small simple metal cart that’s 4 feet tall. Makes organizing spaces easier! When it’s time to rebuild I roll the cart over.

Rich…I know you like the tan interiors, and so do I. I’m betting you could paint her white which would go great with it, or go a version of tan or even a two-tone which would look great as well. Either way…the Bronco will be awesome. If I’m excited about this build…can’t imagine how excited you and your family are! Rich I feel that kind of twinge of “well that’s going to be a lot of work.” When I was a freshman in college a couple friends and I drove my 63 nova out into the farmlands to go look at the stars. Well one of them decided it would be a great idea to lay their body on the hood and gave another friend the same idea. Left stress marks on the hood cause they were laying in the middle. Oh well, it was a reproduction hood so who cares but it had really nice matching clear coat with the rest of the car. I’ve gotten over it though, just was butthurt my friends couldn’t respect my pretty clean nova

Rich...my 66 gto conv is on lift.....new control arms goin in...and all new fnt end....the moog coils are thicker and longer than stock springs...my fear is the front of car will be 3 in higher than rear....what do ya recomend🤔? Thx tomk fdny

Tip Forget about the plastic clips Just use double sided tape and the screw fasteners if it has them . Remember to seal the holes.

Just ratchet strap the frame down to the axle on the way back, it'll suck it down enough to squeeze in there safely

8 50-lb bags of sand throughout the body of the Juice Box should lower it enough so that it clears the trailer roof. Or less and lash the rear suspension lower to the body.
