Keep it up and look into Cardio Zone Run/walk training. Treat your heart carefully and increase by 10% weekly. Nice and easy, good luck !

Dude honestly man your run /walk intervals are basically the “couch to 5k” method, so you might as well do aim for completing a 5k.

@@DevrinBradford just take it easy so you don’t hurt your joints. Look up a couple “couch to 5k” plans and you’ll be all right! Once you do your first, you’ll be hooked.

20k steps, that’s so good men. That’s like burning around 1200 to 1500 calories. One kilo of fat is around 7000 calories, you wil see in the coming weeks weight wil go of. You can be proud of yourself. Keep going strong 💪

Yea I weight myself every morning. I do that just so I can look back and see how far I come haha if i ever make it to less weight 😅 Thats why I been posting my weight in my thumbnails so when and if i lose the weight I can look back at my highest weight and be like dang thats where I was and look how much energy I had etc etc. I kind of thought about that idea myself haha but its not really for people to click just for my documenting purposes...wow this was a really long comment sorry man!
