Throughout the entire video (I mean, after I got past the sobbing) I was trying to figure out what "memory" Sherlock could mean John is losing. And then at the end, I remembered that it started with the call, the 'note.' And Sherlock mean all their time together would be a lie because he needed John to think he was a fraud. Oh my god, *crying* This is so perfect and so sad! (Sorry if I totally misinterpreted what you were saying, but that's what I took away from it, and anyway, it's gorgeous.)

I love every moment of this video. I love that the things Sherlock was thinking of moments before he jumped were all the beautiful moments he and John shared. That John thought back on all their moments too. And how in the end he flashed back to all the times he saved Sherlock, but somehow wasn't able to save him this time. And that nagging feeling is left with him at the end of it all. What could he have done differently? The guilt in thinking that it's all his fault in the end.

I've watched about 75 post-Reichenback videos, and this is the first one to bring tears to my eyes. Very well done, of course it's great material to work with, but you did excellent work matching scenes to music, and choosing the music in the first place. Nice work with color/black & white too. I'm sat in the corner of my room, huddled over my phone with my headphones in, silently crying as my family continue downstairs. No one will ever understand just how much it hurts, it fictional they say, it's not real, he comes back alive they say. Well it's not fictional to me, I am Sherlock, I am John, I am Lestrade. I am all the characters in one. To me it's real. It's as real as you, as me, as the grass, as the sky, as the birds and the animals. And I know he's alive NOW, but there was a point a point in my life when he wasn't, a point in my life where I heard the utter despair in John voice as he cries SHERLOCK. The red eyes as they say Goodbye John, there was a point where my life stood there and it fell, it shattered. So don't tell me I'm wasting my tears, don't tell me it's not real. Because if this isn't real then I don't know what is and id prefer to be with Sherlock than here. I love my family but they don't understand. Sherlock, John, lestrade, molly, mrs Hudson and Mycroft they do. I love them and I always will

seriously this looked like another Fall/Johnlock vid with a piano song but as you watch it, what you did with the scenes is soooo good. The cab ride he shares with Mrs Hudson and how you cut to him sharing one with Sherlock, the way you slowed down John smiling at Sherlock when Sherlock puts his hand on Mrs Hudson's shoulder....well just everything you did. Soo good.. Tears.

I just stumbled into this fandom-nice work. I was wondering, the very first one of these vids I ran into was extremely well made, and I saw it at another site, a blog, I believe, but the vid link led here. In it, the vidder makes use of footage of the two actors in multiple diffrent productions-many scenes of Benedict in eyeglasses, a bit towards the end where Martin is struck down trying to cross the street , then shown later in a cast. If anyone has a clue what vid this is,let me know.
