Hey Cindy! Wow Moving! We aren’t moving but we (my sister, brother & I) are having to clear out my parents house (they passed) and getting it ready to sell. It’s a lot ! Is overwhelming.

Grief and I are on a first name basis and I still don’t know how to survive the hopeless feeling. It’s like you just go on autopilot I think. You’re doing great, Cindy and you have a good support system and they have that in you. Love you, my sweet southern belle. 🤍

Am so sorry for your loss, I wish I could tell you it gets easier in time but I'd be lying honey. You just learn to cope with the loss a little better. I know how much you have enjoyed your home, the memories made there but I also know that preparing for your & Mr John's future lives is equally important. So long as you keep the houseboat you'll be okay. I don't want you to stress yourself over everything Cindy, your home is almost always "Showroom" perfect and people aren't going to get into your drawers looking around. Closets,under sinks, attic yep those will be explored though lol. I know you are donating a lot and I had a thought, have you checked if you have a Salvation Army Thrift Store close? I ask b/c they will do pick up so you don't have to manage in trips to donate. Can put in one pile in the garage and they will come get it. Praying for you my sweet friend and sending lots of love Focus on one day at a time and sometimes even hour by hour to get through it. Somedays I have to break it down into 30 min increments and that's okay! We all grieve differently, at our own pace. Is no right or wrong to it, you just muddle through it the best you can
