Fidias this is really wonderful of you to do; i love you (i was fat before, the way i lost weight was by going vegan/vegetarian "not eating meat at all" and the last thing i did to lose weight was by running everyday and lastly not eating for some hours after i ate, i only eat twice a day)

Fidias videos are great , and big Kudos to you for making him push him to be a better version of himself , However , weightloss does not have to be this extreme and definetly would not recommend this , fast weightloss and eating under 1000 calories is not something that should be praised , weight loss can be a slow and happy journey to prevent the individual from losing hope and gaining all the weight back or more.. anyways i really hope you can put a disclaimer in your videos since you may have a young audience and it might lead them to think this is right and have an eating disorder.. regardless still love your videos and cant wait for your new uploads.. good luck in your career!.

For my overweight brothers and sisters, 100 pounds In 100 days isn’t sustainable. You can’t restrict and work out crazy like that for the rest of your life. You just end up gaining it back. Do it slowly and you will lose weight for life. Not to discredit this man, it takes a lot of hard ass work and discipline to do this. Transfer that discipline into doing it sustainably for life
