To play this build optimally make sure you have minimum 1782 spec and at least a level 9 CD gem on Guillotine. Punisher is a slower back attack burst playstyle so you need to be patient with your skills in and out of burst. Missing a single skill while building meter can delay your burst by up to 7 seconds.
