Hello M&S, thank you so much for making these guides and helping the community world wide. I just had a question to ask and thought it will be good to ask on a fresh video maybe that will caught your attention. Basically, I'm new to Lost Ark and I used your Updated Brel guides to clear the fights and I loved how you made pictures with a summary of the fight detailing every mechanics so what I did is I opened the video and pause at the summary picture and put it on my 2nd screen to help me keep up and not die :D so my question is can you please make such summary picture for every fight ? I've watched your guides for Akkan and Kayangel but they don't include summaries unfortunately :(

You should use Lv.3 engravings for those I did not explain it as Lv.1. Engraving selections are applied as you enter raids (after Punika) Engravings I introduced are for raid users at least item level 1415 :)

Both builds are strong enough even though they got slightly nerfed. If you want big one-shot, go surge. If you want high dps with quick concise, go instant cast RE If you like the feel of supercharge, go supercharge RE. I recommend between surge & instant cast re after testing in Trixion :)

Can you use Blitz Rush instead of Twin shadows for instant cast build?

Sorry, but you can't. Using Twin shadows instead of Blitz rush increases overall dps as rotation becomes more compact! Plus, rotation does not work even though you use Lv.10 cooldown gem on Blitz rush.

Hello im currently 1595 surge blade. Im using surge, cd, grudge, am, kb with ad 1 is it worth changing to the build you put in the video? Surge, grudge, ad, rc, am with ep? Am i losing a lot of dmg compared to this build?

Your dps will get higher compared to the previous build you use. Even though you have crit synergy friend, your build was still weaker than the one we introduced as you use cursed doll instead of Raid captain & Mass increase (Around 2% damage increase per each). Gap will get bigger as you go on with your Elixir. Therefore, I do recommend changing it to Lv.1 EP build if you want more crit + you are fine with EP engraving. If you hate EP, just use Lv.1 adrenaline build we introduced with RC.

You can use it on Surge deathblade, but it's only 1.5~2% stronger than original MI Surge deathblade. Therefore, if you are going to use it on surge deathblade, I recommend using fir cheaper accessories:) If you really want to use it with that amount of damage increase, you can. But, my personal recommendation is using it for cheaper build (with almost 90 quality) for now until you carve the next 97 stone. I also carved 7 AM stone too before another 97 stone. I know how it feels. You'll get another awesome stone:)

If you are already behind the boss, yes. There's no need to use spin cutter more than twice unless your other skills are all in cooldown :) If you think spin cutter is not enough as your mobility skill, consider using Lv.10 cooldown gem on spin cutter, use Tripod Lv.5 "Corkscrew" instead of "Quick prep", and lower your "Push" Tripod level on your earth cleaver. Then it will be fine as mobility skill

First of all, congrats with your 10/6 stone. -Surge Stats : 1800 spec / 650 Crit ( Spec+Crit bracelet ) Grudge / Surge / Adrenaline / Raid captain / MOA / Lv.2 KBW Elixir : Master elixir / Crit damage elixir Explanation : The only disadvantage of Lv.2 KBW is that importance of crit rate rises a bit more than other builds. However, it's not a huge disadvantage at all and all Surge builds desire more crit rate. Master elixir is a must for your build even though required crit rate for using Critical elixir gets lower. No big difference compared to other builds :) -Remaining energy (same with surge) Stats : 1800 spec / 650 Crit ( Spec+Crit bracelet ) Grudge / RE / Adrenaline / Raid captain / MOA / Lv.2 KBW Elixir : Master elixir / Crit damage elixir

Hi, I liked the build Surge with mass Increase with adrenaline level 1, I would like to know if it's strange that I play with it before Ilvl 1540, given that I don't have a fixed group with critical synergy. I don't care much about uncritical white blows.

You can use it if you don't care crit blows, but it will be weaker than Lv.3 adrenaline build if you don't have crit synergy! Try to take precision bracelet & master elixir to lower the risk:)

Hi, I made a stone for deathblade surge 9 AM/7 RC, I would like your advice, how will it become the main, I wanted to make the build 5x3+2 (Surge/AM/grudge/AD/MI+RC2), Mass Would Increase be better instead of KBW, as there is no group with synergy and no precision bracelet yet?

Is it not better to delay Maelstrom by one or two skills so that when you Surge it can be in Maelstrom buff for RC when playing Surge?

If the boss disappears for main mechanics, it's better to delay Mael strom, but it's not necessary in other conditions. Blade dance & Blitz rush is back attack, but they are not a must. It's more important to reach 60 stacks quick. So, there's no need to delay Mael strom as rotation can end in 7 seconds. Overall rotation will get slower if you delay Mael strom which can lead to loss of DPS. Also, even though Mael strom turns off, Rage rune can sustain the efficiency of RC a bit longer (That's why we use many Rage runes) If you feel too stressed due to RC sustainability, using KBW can be better for you. Players who got fully used to raid mechanics + Surge and want higher dps potential should take RC :)

It depends on your item level & Engravings, but normally no. If you use Lv.3 adrenaline, you cannot use Cursed doll because of atk efficiency If you are done with your elixir, efficiency of atk increase engravings reduces. In other words, efficiency of CD is around 13.5~14%. That's why we don't recommend cursed doll much for deathblade :) (deathblade normally uses Lv.3 adrenaline if you don't have 97 stone)

Is there a reason moonlight sonic was replaced with deathblow? haven't played in a year or so and just wondering what caused the shift.

In the past, moonlight sonic was commonly used because it fills great amount of identity. Still, there was a drawback. It's not a back-attack skill. Back then, moonlight sonic performed similar dps with Death sentence or Turning slash. That's why ppl prefered using moonlight sonic even though it was not back-attack skill. However, 2 things mainly changed. 1. As bracelets & new wealth runes came out, RE deathblade was able to reach 1800 specialization which allowed deathblade to easily fill 3 bubbles without moonlight sonic. 2. Damage of death sentence & Turning slash got buffed. These two skills were back attack, so combination of buff & Master of ambush engraving made moonlight sonic weaker than those two skills. Because of these two main reasons ppl no longer use moonlight sonic :)

Rotations do work with level 7 cd gems. Then upgrade ones as shown in the video. The higher gems get, the more fluently rotation goes:)

My deathblade item level is 1640 and I'm all done with Thaemine upgrade (20% damage increase if you are done with thaemine upgrade). Thaemine is going to be released in April, so your damage will get higher as you are done with your upgrades :) My deathblade is almost the end spec in KR server, so there can be a damage gap. Don't worry, your deathblade will do the same damage soon!

Yes. There are many dps classes who upgrade dps gem first, so we divided into dps & CD. If you are playing RE, you can upgrade Mael strom (CD) first :)

You can use it, but not viable enough compared to the past. After the patch, using Lv.3 RE is a lot stronger and has many benefits compared to previous Lv.1 RE build

If you like re deathblade, there's really no need to switch. These days re deathblade is doing tremendous damage. So, you don't need to switch. Just go for what you favor the most:)

@@daniel_213 In my personal opinion, it is around 2% stronger, but I don't think it's that much better. That's why I use Supercharge for my deathblade. Quicker rotation can increase the overall dps, but it also means that you need to do more work as you run your raids. So, I believe it depends on your interest. If you want to see big numbers with Blitz rush and like the old style, play Supercharge. If you hate supercharge and favor quick rotation, play Instant cast :)

Yup, no more Axel for Surge. Rotation became more compact (6~7 seconds) and many ppl decided to use Turning slash to increase overall dps. This is possible because all you need to do is to land Surge on the back. Fill 60 stacks regardless of back attack and use spin cutter to reposition :)

It can get faster, but dps will get lower as death sentence gives decent damage compared to turning slash:) Choice is up to you if you like your rotation! Just be informed as you can switch to increase your dps!

Tbh i had better results with cursed doll 3 and raid captain 1 than with raid captain 3 and ether predator 1

There are som important points you need to make sure before you compare engravings 1. How many stacks did you count with ether predator when you compared both engravings? Lv. 1 RC can increase max 4.5% dmg with full movement speed. Result will be different if you reach 30 stacks of EP. If you just applied Lv. 1 engraving and did not stack at least 20 stacks of EP, you didn't tested the EP engraving well 2. Did your RC cover 60% of your rotation? If you are using RC, it will be at least 2% stronger than cursed doll when it covers over 60% of your rotation. That's why you need to count atk speed & movement speed (Usually we use Lv2 spirit absorbtion and Lv.1 atk speed reduction) 3. Elixirs and Thaemine mat. Efficiency of cursed doll reduces as you are done with elixirs and thaemine upgrade. Before 1580, you can feel no big difference, but situation totally changes after 1620. Efficiency of cursed doll goes down close to 13.5% as RC provides close to 17%. So, there can be a big difference depending on your item level. If you tested applying all the options and still cannot know the difference pls let me know:)

lv2 grudge is still stonger than a non 9/7 build with just +1. Do koreans not know math?

It's true Lv.2 Grudge is better than other non 97 builds. However, it's also true that Koreans feel no need to introduce Lv.2 grudge build for other global users because Lv.2 grudge cannot be the main build they desire for using 97 stone. Comparison of 97 build should be another 97 build with the highest efficiency because the reason why you carve 97 stone is to make your character perform the best damage. If you are gonna take same 20% damage intake risk with lower damage efficiency compared to other 97 builds, go ahead. But still, I have no idea why you are commenting about Koreans and Lv.2 grudge build at this video. Just play your build if you want to. I'm just introducing builds that can perform the highest (or near the highest). And deliver important information for global users. I have 2 other reverse stones too. Lv.2 grudge & Lv.2 MOA. But I decided to carve another 97 stone with Lv.2 adrenaline to see the max damage. Probably, you'll change your stone too as you reach item level which makes carving 97 stone the most efficient way to upgrade your character. That's what happened to me too. Hope you get a lucky shot my man

But what if someone unfortunately cuts a 97 with 7 on grudge, that’s still a dps increase is all I meant. Of course you would go for adrenaline 7 ideally but you can’t really control the RNG there. So, all I am saying if you happen to cut one, you can still use it

I'm sorry, but that stone cannot be used for Surge for now as Surge does not use supercharge engraving. This stone is really difficult to use because instant cast does not use supercharge, and supercharge build does not use raid captain. To be frank, I recommend carving another stone as this stone is difficult to use for both class engravings. But if you are willing to use 333331 build with Lv.3 supercharge, there's one way. Grudge / RE / RC / SC / AD / Lv.1 EP And place Rage runes. Spin cutter (Legendary rage) Axel (Epic rage) You can use this build if you are okay with it, but I recommend carving another stone. Just keep the stone until RE supercharge build can use Raid captain!
