That is correct, you will need to buy accesories though, or farm them at field boss

feels like with all the crit and cdr in ark passive, current swiftness classes are dead and need to switch to spec with ark passive. I main wind fury aero and im already questioning this classes purpose other than providing crit synergy

They tested it alright and it’s looking bad and clunky. Unless something is done with hyper awakening skills to give stacks it’s going to be rough.

NE atleast in NA is cleaning up MVP screens everywhere, literally FMH can't compete with a good NE player.

raidcaptain so overrated. firstly its not 45% boost dmg, its 18% only if you move speed is +140%, so +18% outgoing DMG, its less then atk power +16% it scale diffrently. same like how the light of salvation card, 7% is more the the 8% of the blue set
