Since I'm a Spec/Swift build rather than a Spec/Crit, my cooldowns generally cycle faster. If the boss happens to move around a lot, I generally don't get to cycle all 3 skills perfectly. This is somewhat mitigated once you have supports with Yearning set though, as it speeds up your overall DPS cycle speed.
