One addition I want to make: Skins only cost Pheon when they have been traded at least once. If the skin has never been traded (3 times tradable) it doesn't cost pheons. Well I think like at any point in the game you have to ask yourself how do I improve my character. Do I hone some of my stuff (especially weapon) one more time? Do I try my best to get e.g. LoS 30? I think if you look at it from this perspective Legendary Skins are still a decently cheap way to boost your damage.

holy shit ending is extremely important to know. Old clothing that appears "dismante-able" from the rapport or guild exchange don't yield any cloths and give you back your same old BS clothing, except now unable to be dismantled after trying once.

Worst, most disgusting system in the game. Why can't they just give us the legendary skins as just straight up skins? this whole system is so trash, if your call them legendary skin and make them so expensive and gamba at least go as far in being innovative in some way. i would gamba for this if the skin changed the color of your ability in combat like bloodlust blue flame and using it changed a few unique sound fx/voice scream effect (i know that is a lot for all skill, but at least the signature class stuff like indentity attack come onn) lazy monetization

@@TheRexnguyen That 1-2% may not matter if you are low level. But when you are high level, an extra 1-2% power does scale things up quite a bit. It is not irrelevant. And no matter how you put it... this whole system is essentially a form of loot box without a pity system. You essentially need to buy the jars, and then buy skins to dismantle them to gamba for a 10% chance to get a legendary skin. How the fuck is this not exploitative? And yeah, you can buy the legendary skins on the market... but like 200k gold a piece? This is an absolutely awful system that at least in the West should've been regulated out of existence. What is even more ironic is that they withdrew this system for over a year and a half under the pretext that they want to search for a more fair way of obtaining legendary skins... and the solution they came up with after over a year and a half is to not add a pity system, but to give you amethyst shards if you do not get legendary skin so you can exchange them for most likely junk in the amethyst shard store. I guess they waited a year and a half for the people who complained about this system to quit the game and then add almost the same as it was before.
