The endurance did nothing for you cuz most of the time your HP doesnt even go below 50%, but you are so desperate to prove that you need that endurance so you tank some pattern that doesnt even need tanking. Yeah I agree with with dude above, it is not Endurance build because you have one secondary stat there I honestly doubt it is doing something really impactfull to your defense anyway.
