Lost Character-The Beatles Yellow Submarine (06)

" Hello everyone, I would like to apologize for the very few updates. I have to announce the unfortunate news that the majority of the team has left and no longer wish to assist in looking for more footage or information on this Blue Meanie character.
The majority of the team has left due to frustration, exhaustion, and other personal reasons that cannot be shared. With that being stated, the very few of us left are very dedicated to looking for more information on this character, and finding what we can.
With that announcement out of the way, here is what we were able to find this time.
The first one scene seems to show the Blue Meanie in the sea of holes once again, however this scene seems to have been made later in the film's development, in comparison to the scene we found before, which looks like an earlier rendition.
In this scene the Blue Meanie is shown [DELETED]
the Blue Meanie refers to the Submarine as " the yellow monster " possibly hinting that the lost storyboard that another team member found could have been made into an actual scene, but we have yet to find anything proving this assumption.
The second scene is a short clip showing Max concerned over the Blue Meanie as the Blue Meanie appears to be crying. The reason as to why the character is crying is unknown as of this moment.
The third scene is a short clip which shows the Blue Meanie [DELETED]
The fourth scene shows Max seemingly angry with the Blue Meanie character for not following orders, not much else can be said about this scene. However it does seem to take place after Pepperland is taken over, as most of the scenes recovered show.
So far the only conclusions we have been able to arrive at is that the character was most likely cut out late in development, and that the character most likely got cut out because of budget or time.

Awww seeing him (Striped Meanie/Maxie) cry hurts my heart 😢😢😢 poor dude... Chief must seriously have something against him for that... Plus we get to see more of him and Max, theyre so cute and i still cant get over how annoyed Max is by him 😂. At least in this he seems concerned for him when he starts crying and near the end when Chief tries to beat him up again...I wonder if he and Max have some sort of history together... Edit: That very last frame (1:39) seems to support my theory...maybe Max wasn't actually annoyed by him, he was just trying to keep him in line so Chief wouldn't beat him up. How sweet 💙💙💙
