Hey, I'm really glad you asked this. Spotify is tough when it comes to cover songs. You have to pay a monthly fee, and the only way it's worth it is if you get enough streams to cover the cost of hosting. Unfortunately, my Spotify is mostly dead so I don't get a lot of streams (yet) which means I'd have to pay every month out of pocket just to host this song.
